Not only were they responsive, including after hours, but they followed up multiple times with options for us when there needed to be adjustments. Our babysitter was also wonderful. Punctual, professional, kind, and our kids loved her. They immediately asked if we could have her come back. This is such an amazing source of childcare help for busy parents overwhelmed with options who don't enjoy the process of individual interviews, but want trusted childcare with background checks.
