Yes, we carefully screen all of our babysitters, including checking their criminal background as part of our selection process for our babysitting service. For privacy and legal reasons, background checks are conducted as part of our internal vetting process and are not shared directly with families. You can feel confident knowing that only trusted babysitters and vetted babysitters who meet our strict safety standards are approved to provide child care service through our babysitter agency. Your child’s safety is our highest priority.

Yes, every babysitter working with us is required to complete an online first aid training, which includes infant and child CPR. This ensures they are prepared to respond calmly and effectively in case of emergencies, whether caring for newborns, infants, or older children. Your child’s safety is our top priority, and our sitters are fully equipped with the skills to handle unexpected situations confidently.

We recommend discussing the use of baby cameras or monitors with your babysitter at the beginning of the visit to ensure mutual comfort and transparency within our babysitting service. This helps build trust and ensures a positive childcare experience for both your child and the babysitter.

Booking and Availability

Yes, to ensure high-quality childcare service, our sessions are available from 2 hours, giving you just the right amount of time for errands, appointments, or quality care. We’re here to offer the flexibility that fits your schedule.

 

Yes, overnight babysitting is absolutely possible. Many babysitters offer extended or overnight support, whether you need someone to stay late, handle bedtime routines, or be present for full-night child care service. It’s best to discuss details like sleep arrangements, hours, and expectations in advance to make sure everything runs smoothly.

Yes, if you were happy with a previous trusted babysitter, just let us know when making your next request and we’ll do our best to assign them again—depending on their availability. Many families find comfort in building a regular relationship with a trusted nanny.

To confirm your booking, an advance payment is required and the remaining balance can then be paid either in cash directly to the babysitter or by bank transfer. We aim to keep things simple and flexible so you can choose the payment method that works best for you.

Once you’ve submitted your request, you have two options:

  1. Pay the advance payment by card directly on our secure SSL-encrypted payment page.
  2. Select “I still have some questions” – We’ll reach out shortly to discuss anything you’d like to clarify. Once everything is confirmed, we’ll send your invoice by email with a secure payment link.

 

Communication and Support

All communication between families and babysitters takes place through our custom web chat system, ensuring secure and organized childcare. Direct contact outside these channels is generally not permitted, except in exceptional cases determined by the agency.

To protect the privacy and safety of both families and our babysitters, we don’t publish full profiles publicly on the website. Instead, we personally match you with the most suitable babysitter based on your needs, preferences, and the sitter’s experience. Before the service starts, we offer a free online meet-and-greet so you can get to know your babysitter in advance, ask questions, and make sure it feels like a good fit.

Policies and Cancellations

We take punctuality seriously. If your babysitter is running late or cannot make it due to an emergency, we’ll notify you immediately and arrange a replacement as quickly as possible. In rare cases of cancellation, we’ll always prioritize finding a suitable substitute or reschedule based on your needs.

We understand that babysitting plans can change unexpectedly. If you need to cancel a booking, please notify us as soon as possible.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time will result in the loss of the advance payment.
  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance allow you to use your paid advance payment for a future babysitting service, including in any city where our service is available.
