Professionalism begins with communication even before the contract is signed. Time and punctuality are almost sacred to them.
We had Thelma as our nanny, but from the very first video conference, I could see her passion for her work.
When she arrived, she immediately put the children at ease, without being intimidated by their number (3). She knew how to choose activities that were appropriate for the children, and our children were amazed.
All the important aspects are well thought out: Primary needs: eating, drinking, dressing, and even our dear baby's pacifier.
Secondary needs: having fun, etc.
In short, I recommend Nonstop Nannies without hesitation, and they fully deserve my 5 stars.
